FADA Dart Application Information
MONDAY LEAGUE
The starting date for the Monday League is September 9, 2019.
TUESDAY LEAGUE
The starting date for the Tuesday League is September 10, 2019.
WEDNESDAY LEAGUE
The starting date for the Wednesday League is September 11, 2019.
***League Fees are $100 per team and are to be turned in with the application or mailed in as soon as possible.
Applications may be brought in person to Mer’s Pub to the attention of Sue, they may be brought to the Awards night on July 19, 2019 or may be mailed to:

Applications MUST be legible and MUST include:
The Captain’s and Co-Captain’s phone numbers and email address,
the night you wish to play,
the team members (minimum of 5 players max of 10),
the shirt sizes of each player on the team.
All players listed are considered ‘regulars’. There are no ‘alternates’.
The season is 14 or 15 weeks long based on the number of teams per division.
Players MUST make 7 weeks of the regular season to qualify for the playoffs.
Indicate the Division your team wishes to compete in based on the team’s ability levels. ‘A’ would be top level down to ‘D’ for novice level.
All requested division levels will be reviewed by the Board and are subject to League approval.
